TwoCum is a service for one-to-one live video conversations. These Community Guidelines keep it safe and welcoming for everyone. They apply to all members, everywhere on the Service. Breaking them can lead to warnings, suspension, or a permanent ban.
The basics
- Be respectful. Treat everyone the way you'd want to be treated. Kindness first.
- 18 and over only. TwoCum is strictly for adults. No one under 18 may use the Service or appear on camera.
- Keep it SFW. No nudity, sexual content, or sexual acts on camera — ever.
- Behave as you would in public. If it wouldn't be okay on a busy street, it isn't okay here.
Zero tolerance
The following lead to immediate removal and, where appropriate, a report to law enforcement:
- Any sexual content involving minors, or any attempt to contact or exploit a minor.
- Nudity, sexual or sexually explicit behaviour.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, or incitement to violence.
- Illegal activity, or promoting or selling illegal goods or services.
- Recording, screenshotting or streaming other members without consent.
- Sharing someone else's private information ("doxxing").
- Scams, fraud, phishing, spam, or unwanted solicitation.
Reporting and blocking
You are always one tap away from safety. Skip to leave any chat instantly. Block to make sure you're never matched with that person again. Report to send the incident to our safety team — reports are reviewed and acted on quickly. You never need a reason to skip or block.
24/7 moderation
Our safety team and automated systems work around the clock, combining proactive detection with your reports. Because live video is never recorded, moderation relies on real-time signals and reports — so reporting genuinely helps keep everyone safe.
Our enforcement ladder
- Warning — for minor or first-time issues, a clear reminder of the rules.
- Temporary suspension — for repeated or more serious breaches.
- Permanent ban — for severe violations or repeated abuse. Serious cases skip straight to a ban.
We may also restrict features or require re-verification. Decisions are made at our reasonable discretion to protect the community.
Safety tips
- Protect your privacy. Don't share your full name, address, workplace, or other identifying details.
- Never share financial information. No genuine service will ask you to send money, gift cards, or crypto in a chat.
- Trust your instincts. If something feels off, skip or block — no explanation needed.
- Report predatory or underage behaviour immediately so we can act.
