These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Find Yourself Forever Sp. z o.o. ("TwoCum") governing your use of the TwoCum website and app (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility — you must be 18+
The Service is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or use the Service. By using TwoCum you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. The Service
TwoCum is a subscription service that brings two people together for a one-to-one live video conversation. Pairing happens without profiles and without selection criteria, and you can end a conversation at any time. New members get a 7-day free trial; after the trial the Service costs €20 per month (see "Subscription, billing and cancellation" below).
Subscription, billing and cancellation (Terms of Sale)
Free trial and price. New members receive a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel during the trial, your subscription then automatically starts at €20 per month. Prices are in euros and include any applicable VAT (this is a B2C electronically-supplied service; VAT is declared through the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme).
Payment. Payments are processed by our payment providers Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited) and PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.). Find Yourself Forever Sp. z o.o. is the merchant of record; we never store your full card number, which is handled solely by Stripe or PayPal.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month at €20 until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to your chosen payment method on the monthly billing date.
How to cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings or by emailing contact@live-twocum.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then and are not charged again afterwards. Cancelling during the free trial prevents any charge.
Right of withdrawal (EU, 14 days). If you are an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because TwoCum is digital content/a service supplied immediately, by starting to use live chat during this period you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Thanks to the 7-day free trial, you are not charged unless you continue.
Price changes. We may change the subscription price. We will give you advance notice by email, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect; continuing after that date means you accept the new price.
3. Your account and passwordless sign-in
We use passwordless, magic-link authentication: you sign in via a secure link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
To keep TwoCum safe and welcoming, you agree that you will not:
- display nudity, sexual or sexually explicit content, or engage in sexual acts on camera;
- be, or allow to appear, anyone under 18;
- harass, threaten, bully, defame, or incite hatred or violence against anyone;
- share content that is discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise abusive;
- engage in any illegal activity or promote illegal goods or services;
- record, screenshot, stream or otherwise capture other users without their informed consent;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or age;
- send spam, advertising, solicitations, scams, or attempt to defraud others;
- share or expose other people's private or personal information;
- use bots or automation, or circumvent moderation, safety, or security features.
5. Moderation and enforcement
We moderate the Service 24/7 using a combination of automated systems, human review and user reports. We may issue warnings, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice, at our reasonable discretion. Serious violations — including any sexual content involving minors — will be removed and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. No recording of live sessions
TwoCum does not record or store your live video or audio. You likewise must not record other users. Respecting this policy is a condition of using the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logos and content, is owned by Find Yourself Forever Sp. z o.o. or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain any rights you hold in content you create.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not control other users and are not responsible for their conduct. You interact with other people at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find Yourself Forever Sp. z o.o. and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find Yourself Forever Sp. z o.o. from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Warsaw, Poland, unless mandatory consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
